If you do not have a claim filed between 1/27/20 to 9/4/21, then EDD will not allow you to file a claim now and backdate it to that time frame because they stopped allowing backdating requests at the end of 2021

The only way we can help you file a claim now and backdate it to that time frame is if you have proof that you tried to file via fax documents, ID.me emails, or messages sent to EDD.
