What's the company's story? What's the mission?
We love this question! Our founder first went through the process, saw how complicated it was, and saw how, if someone was denied, the denial letter didn't even suggest other relief alternatives, it just left someone defeated with no recourse. He then started helping friends through this process, helping them get relief funds.
Then eventually, so many people were referring people to him, that he made a full time job helping people navigate these complicated forms. Even to this day, our founder spends half of his day reading all of the announcements released by gob't agencies, and staying on the forefront of everything: This way you can focus on your life, and not have to become a master at this to get your funding.
We've been growing so fast, we had to set up a website to help us keep track of everyone's requests for information, and to help us get that information out there faster than telling one person at a time.
